Beech Class Term 1:
Welcome to Beech class. We are so pleased to have you all on board this year. We will endeavor to keep this page as up to date as possible, so please check here if you have any queries, along with dojo and facebook.

The Beech class staff team are: Mrs Flanagan: Class teacher on Mon and Tues.
Miss Leitch: Class teacher Wed - Fri
Mrs Saunders: Class TA Mon - Wed
Mrs Reiff: Class TA Tues - Friday
The TA's will be running daily interventions, supporting in class and taking care of the children during play and lunch.
This term the children in year 4 will have PE on Mondays and Swimming on Tuesdays. Please ensure children have their swimming kits including towel and goggles. If your child is feeling nervous about swimming, please reassure them that they will be put with children of a similar ability, and they will have familiar adults accompanying them.
The children in Year 3 will have PE on Mondays and Thursdays. The children are encouraged to wear full PE kit on PE days. This includes a white polo shirt, black shorts or jogging bottoms/leggins and a black jumper/hoody.
Homework: The children are expected to read at least 3 times a week, practice their spelling pattern which we share in class and continue to practice their times tables on TTRS. If your child has forgotten their logins, please ask us at the end of the day.
On Fridays, the children have the opportunity to share their love of reading during Chatter-books. They can bring in books from home to share with the rest of the class, and Mrs King!
